Four-poster beds instead of bunks- at the interview with Yam in Berlin Bill (17), Tom (17), Gustav (18) and Georg (19) reveal a few cool tour-secrets!
Also the boys reveal how they get there strength for the upcoming stressful months.

Yam! Your new single is called “Übers ende der welt”. How do you think the world will end?
Gustav: The world is flat like a pizza, and it’s goes downwards from there (laughs)
Bill: I think, that every person divides his own live respectively into different worlds. So the end of the world can also symbolically mean the end of a part in your life. The last one and a half year we have ended a certain part in our life, and after that a whole new world has opened up for us.

Yam! Before everything starts again with the new single and album you got a few holidays. Is it true that you were on the Maldives during new years eve?
Bill: Yes, three of us were just like last year hiding on the Maldives.
Tom: There are like five billion islands there (laughs)…
Bill: Tom and I spend two weeks together on an island and Georg was on a different island and Gustav was of skiing.

Yam! What have you done there in all that solitude?
Bill: We were just chilling on the beach, we slept a lot and just did nothing. It was fantastic.

Yam! What do you guys do when you have time of?
Tom: Lately we have composed a lot of music in our free time. Otherwise, just the natural stuff: sleeping, eating, watching tv, visit friends and family.

Yam! You are going on tour in April, could you tell something about that?
Bill: Just like on the last tour we are working on designs for the stage. We already have some great ideas and we are working on the preparations. We will play about one and a half hour and everything will be live. Off course we also play a few old songs. Also we will be travelling with a tour bus. Last year we were on the road with cars and have slept in hotels. This time we have a big tour bus and we only go to a hotel in the morning to take a shower. Instead of these bunks they have made us some real beds!
Tom: Also we got a tv, playstation and internet in the bus. Cool.

Yam! Besides the tour and the album, what else have you planned for 2007?
Tom: We want to play as many concerts in Germany as possible, besides that we will also go to other country’s. In the summer we will definitely spend some time in Russia and France. Maybe we also go to other country’s like England. Then we will also record more of our songs in English.
Georg: Shortly: we got a lot of things up our sleeve in 2007. But the most important to us are the shows and gigs in Germany.
